First Time Client?

Whether you are a healthcare professional or someone who may be experiencing intergenerational trauma, we have tools and resources to assist you in your journey to healing.

Follow the steps below to get started at Trauma Practice.

Step 1

Access online group programs at no charge.

The first step on your journey to trauma recovery is to register for one of our foundational online programs:

Clients must be 18 years or older and residents of Ontario.

Step 2

Book an intake call.

Once registered for a program, you can book a phone appointment that is convenient for you to speak with a Trauma Practice team member.

An intake coordinator will be in touch to provide more detailed information about the group and ask you a few screening questions to ensure that the program is what you are looking for.

We’ll learn about your situation and suggest the next steps, including Trauma Practice’s group program options.

Please note: Intake phone calls will come from an unknown number and will be displayed as “No Caller ID”.

Step 3

Attend a virtual group session at Trauma Practice.

Group sessions run four times yearly (fall, winter, spring and summer) for eight weeks.

Programs run in the evenings from 7.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m., with some daytime offerings from 1.00 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.

Your intake coordinator will discuss the best option that will fit your schedule.
